Is it safe to book and pay with my credit card on your website?
Yes. We take security seriously. Your payment is protected and secured by VeriSign using the strongest SSL encryption available. We respect your privacy and do not sell or pass your personal details to any third party for any reason. We do not charge extra cost for using your credit card in our online reservation system!
Do you take me home, to my office or to my hotel anywhere in Belgium and the countries around?
YES! Our company provides door to door private transfers all around Belgium and the neighbouring countires and a special and unique door to door shuttle service; between Charleroi Airport (Brussels South) and Brussels. All transfers you book with us are door to door; it means that we take you to your hotel or any address from any airport in the area and we take you from your hotel or any address to any airport. We can also pick you up and drop you off at any train stations, bus stations and ports, as well.
Do you provide airport transfers in Brussels only?
Our company provides airport transfers at all airports in Belgium and the airports in the surrounding countries, those are close to Belgium. These are: France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg.
Do you provide transfers to/from any destinations in Belgium?
Absolutely! We have serve more than 150 destinations in Belgium. Please check our reservation system on the left side of this website. If you can't find your destination, write us an e-mail or call us and we will give you a quote for that.
Should I contact you to find out if you are available for my flight?
Not necessary. We are always available thanks to our fleet of more than 1.500 cars, minibuses and coaches.
When should I book?
Please book your transfer at least 24 h before the travel. In case of a big group you should book 36-48 h in advance. If you need a special service, please contact us, as soon as possible, so our team will have the time to prepare and provide you or your clients an excellent service.
When do you pick me up in my hotel or my home?
Your driver will contact you the day before your travel to inform you about the pick up time.
Where is the meeting point at the airports?
The meeting point is always specified in your voucher. Please look through the voucher carefully. Your driver will wait for you with a well visible name card.
Can I change my booking?
You can always change your valid booking at least 48 hours before the travel. However this may result additional costs, but at least an 8 euro administration fee. In this case we will need your credit card details.
Do you offer discounted rates for babies and children?
We charge the same rate for all occupied seats. Our vehicles are not equipped with child seats or child restraints. We kindly advice you to bring you own child seat/restraint.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed automatically after the successful payment. Right after the payment through our secured system you can print your voucher that is the document for your transfer. We also send the e-ticket via e-mail, but to be on the safe side we advise you to print it after the succesful transaction.
Delay of flight
If your flight is delayed, please inform your driver immediately on the emergency number shown on your voucher. The additional waiting time has an additional fee, that kis payable directly to your driver. Our company refuse any reqponsibilities for any claims that is caused by the delay of a flight.
